A Month of Inner Mastery at a Glance
The month begins with a kick-off call for an overview of what to expect and a space for questions to be answered. Each week we explore one of the four aspects of Inner Mastery: Eat, Sleep, Breathe, Move. There will be a live 30-minute call Mondays and Thursdays at 8:00am Pacific, 10:00am Central, 12:00pm Atlantic. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will have email prompts for intropection and daily practices.

When you are stuck in your body, you are stuck in your life.
Week 1 – EAT: Whatâs eating you? What are you hungry for? Diving into the relationship between how you nourish yourself and care for others
Week 2 – SLEEP: Permission to rest without guilt. The #1 challenge for leaders.
Week 3 – BREATHE: How you breathe is how you live. Learn to live well
Week 4 – MOVE: When you are stuck in your body, you are stuck in your life. Release the blocks, find your sweet spot.
Commitment: One month (four weeks)
30 minutes a day for you. (May 2026)
- May 1st: Introduction to course
- Mondays: 30 minute in-person group zoom (lesson) / 15 minute community time
- Thursdays: 30 minute in-person group zoom (review and Q & A)
- Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Fridays: you get to play with emailed treats from us
