Inner Mastery - Online Class Manual

This Course Is For You If:

  • You’re high-functioning on the outside and running on empty on the inside — and you know it
  • You’ve read the books, tried the hacks, and still wake up at 3am with that pit in your stomach
  • Your body is sending signals you’ve been too busy to listen to — fatigue, tension, disrupted sleep, a low hum of anxiety that never quite goes away
  • You’re ready to stop treating yourself as the last item on your own to-do list
  • You sense that real change has to come from within, not from another strategy or external fix
  • You want practical, grounded tools you can actually use — not inspiration that fades by Monday

A Month of Inner Mastery at a Glance

The month begins with a kick-off call for an overview of what to expect and a space for questions to be answered. Each week we explore one of the four aspects of Inner Mastery: Eat, Sleep, Breathe, Move. There will be a live 30-minute call Mondays and Thursdays at 8:00am Pacific, 10:00am Central, 12:00pm Atlantic. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will have email prompts for intropection and daily practices.

Eat - are you fed up?

You’ve been fed a lot of BS in your life and your body is keeping score. Let’s peel back the mental, emotional, and even the spiritual elements of eating.

Sleep - do you know how to rest?

Rest and sleep are not the same thing. Let’s uncover what’s really going on and help you rest, repair and make space for the life that is calling you.

Breathe - can you take in the abundance of life?

You are suffocated by information that pulls you every which way and makes you feel like you’re not enough. Let’s free up your energy -for you.

Move - feeling stuck?

When you’re in flow everything moves with ease – your body, your relationships, your life – and stress falls away. This section is dedicated to connecting you to your natural flow state.

Commitment: One Month (Four Weeks)

30 minutes a day for you.

  • Introduction to course
  • Mondays: 30 minute in-person group zoom (lesson) / 15 minute community time
  • Thursdays: 30 minute in-person group zoom (review and Q & A)
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays: you get to play with emailed treats from us

  • 9 Live Zoom 30 minute sessions with Maren and Stephanie
  • 4 Audio Meditations (15-20 min)
  • 4 Deep dive self-care/awareness connection exercises and/or interview with an expert
  • 4 Re-creation with play (true nature) exercises
  • Group for ongoing support, communication and connection.
