The Gap
There is a Gap Between Who You Are and Who You Could Be
You can see a better version of yourself — more grounded, more present, more courageous — but you can’t seem to close the distance between who you are and who you could be.
Success Has Become Your Nemesis
You’ve climbed the mountain, chased the success, gotten the validation and approval and lived the productivity – yet you find yourself waking up at 3am wondering ‘why?’, knowing something needs to change.
When the alarm goes off at 6a you’re back in execution mode, pushing the questions down and getting through another day.
As a culture, we’re trapped in an achievement loop, chasing, achieving and chasing more. Sacrificing time, sleep, relationships and joy in the process. It keeps us busy. It doesn’t fulfill us.
You got left out of your own blueprint.
Your depth, your clarity and your center have been whispering – now they’re yelling.
You’ve tried the hacks, read the books, listened to the podcasts and made the plans. And it’s not produced the results you want. That’s because what got you here won’t get you there.
What Makes This Different
This isn’t better goal setting or optimizing your hustle.
This isn’t a motivational talk or a vision board session.
Most self-improvement stays on the surface -linear goals, weekly habits, behavior tweaks – useful, and not enough. If that was all it took, you’d have figured it out already.
The Gap Workshop goes deeper.
We unveil the hidden architecture behind the entire achievement culture and briefly share its benefits and pitfalls to give you context. Then we introduce the path to get you to your next.
This is real work, with people who get it – because we’re living it, too.
What You'll Walk Away With
- Learn why you feel so stuck even though you’re at the top of your game – and why it’s perfect
- Identify the places you’ve been trained to put yourself last — and what it’s actually cost you
- Reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve been quietly shelving
- Build a clear, honest picture of who you’re capable of becoming
- Leave with a personal action framework to start closing The Gap — starting today
Why Now?
You feel yourself dying a bit on the inside each day. To the outside observer, you’re life is amazing, and if you keep doing the same thing, something is going to break.
What you don’t realize is – it’s already begun. Those inner nudges are trying to get your attention. When you don’t listen, the nudges become pushes, and then hard hits – and they don’t stay inside. They impact your health, your work and your relationships.
You don’t have to wait for your outer life to fall apart.
Who This Is For
- You’re done choosing what doesn’t fulfill you
- You sense that growth means depth, not speed or force
- You’re ready to meet yourself with honesty and curiosity
- You want real change, not just inspiration
- You know you’re meant for more but can’t seem to close the gap between where you are and where/who you want to be
- You’ve sacrificed time, sleep, relationships, and joy in the name of “success” — and you’re starting to wonder if it was worth it
- Your soul has been trying to send you a message and you keep hitting snooze
- You give generously to everyone around you and feel guilty the moment you choose yourself
- You look capable and organized on the outside but feel overwhelmed and scattered on the inside
This is not for you if:
- You want a quick fix or a passive download
- You’re not ready to look inside and do your own work
- You’d rather stay trapped where you are than challenge your self image and evolve
- You’re too busy chasing achievements
Workshop Structure
Principles: What got you here won’t get you there.
There’s a human development framework that we all walk. Stepping up to each level requires we become someone new. Learn why this particular step is the most challenging.
Tools: Peel the layer.
You’re reading this because you feel a call to something deeper – so we open the door to your deeper why with a combination of tools, questions and reflections.
Community: The power in the process.
The buddhists say that the next buddha is not an individual, but a Sangha, a community. We are not meant to do this alone so we create a safe space to come together. We’ll open up the dialogue for those who what to share.
(This is why we limit our workshops to 20 intentional humans.)
